Remembering Dad

Well this week has been one of the hardest weeks I have ever gone through. I wanted to let everyone who didn't know him know that he is probably one of the greatest men. He was the best dad that anybody could ever ask for. He gave us values to follow and set up a great life for all of his children to lead. He was always there for us and was such an example in every way. The way he treated my mother is every womans dream. I will miss many things about him. The most being the calls to see if I am ok, or the funny jokes, that were really only funny to him. I will miss the arguments over the last Pepsi. It is funny the small little things that you realize meant so much to you. My dad went out of his way for each and every one of his children. He was always such a sucker for us to.
I am so glad for the leassons he taught me because now I can take them and apply them to my children someday and hopefully they will love and respect me as much as I did him. I could go on and on for days. My dad is and was loved by many. He will be more than missed and I cant wait until we get to be with him again. He has influenced many. And I hope that those people will always have a little peice of them in their hearts. He will be forever in mine even though he took a little of mine with him the day he passed.

I just wanted to make a quick little blurb about my dad. I just wanted to ask my friends and family to remember him in your prayers. He is not doing well at the moment and it is so hard to see him in this state. It is even harder to not have him home with us during this wonderful season. I love him so much and hope to get some pictures of him on here that are not of him in such a bad state. Ill keep the information updated on how he is.

So I went over to my sister Rachelles house the other day and she showed me this letter that my niece Mallary wrote to her dad. I thought it was the cutest thing ever. I love to see how kids spell and her drawing at the bottom is trying to show her dad how cute she would look with the dog she asked for. I love my nieces and nephews.

I was baby-sitting Sophie while Brooke and Billy went to go visit my dad in the hopsital and I caught a few pictures of her while clint and myself were making her giggle. I dont know if she was laughing cause of us or if it was because she was getting her but cleaned. All I know is she is one freaking cute baby. I have to post pictures of my brother and sisters kids because I am to stubborn to have any of my own at the moment.

This is one of my favorite parts of all my christmas decorations. I havent had a way to hang up my stockings that I bought for Clint and myself. I finally have a fireplace to hang them from and It looks so cute. I cant wait to fill them.

Well I decided to put the good ole christmas tree up yesterday and of course I had to beg my husband to help me. He didnt want to but of course I pulled the guilty card and the wonderful guy helped me. I cant do stuff at the top and with my family genes I was bound to fall on the tree or something. I have to admit I am nervous because I used my christmas tree, decorations, etc and I dont want them to get broken by the grandkids. Oh well it was worth it to see how pretty my tree is.
